How to Enter 

1. To participate in the competition, individuals must post to their personal social media account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn) discussing why they love Kōura. The post must include the hashtag #LoveKōura and tag Kōura Wealth’s official social media account on the platform they post. The participant must be following Kōura on the platform they post.   
2. Each valid post will count as one entry into the competition. Participants may enter multiple times with different posts, but each entry must be unique. 
3. The competition is open to all New Zealand residents aged 18 years and older, except for employees of Kōura Wealth and their immediate families. 
4. All entries must be received between 00:01 hours on 09 September 2024 and 23:59 hours NZST on 31 October 2024 to be eligible. 
5. By entering, participants confirm they have complied with all the rules and have the necessary rights to use any content featured in their post. 

The Draw and Prizes 

1. The winning post will be selected based on a combination of creativity, originality, and alignment with the theme of "Why I Love Kōura." 
2. Winning Criteria: The winning entry will be judged by a panel of Kōura Wealth representatives. The decision will be based on the creativity and originality of the post, as well as the passion and sincerity expressed in explaining why the participant loves Kōura.  
3. There will be one winner who will receive a prize of NZD$1,000. The prize will be delivered in the form of a Digital Gift Card as chosen by Kōura. 
4. The winner and their social media name will be announced across all our social media pages accompanied by their post. The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter. 
5. If the winner cannot be contacted within 2 days of the announcement, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. 

Terms and Conditions of Entry 

1. By entering this competition, participants accept and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. 
2. No purchase of Kōura Wealth services is necessary for competition entry. 
3. Kōura Wealth is not responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, or any technical difficulties that may prevent an entry from being received. 
4. Kōura Wealth reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time and for any reason. 
5. All entries become the property of Kōura Wealth. By entering, participants grant Kōura Wealth the right to use their content for promotional purposes, without further compensation. 
6. The winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities related to the competition, including being featured in Kōura Wealth’s marketing materials. 
7. The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Kōura Wealth will not be responsible for any tax implications that may arise from winning the prize. 
8. Kōura Wealth reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions. 
9. By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood Kōura Wealth’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.kourawealth.co.nz/legal, and consent to the use of their personal information in accordance with this policy. 
10. In relation to any aspect of the competition, Kōura Wealth’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 
11. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify the rights of the participants under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
